Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied and wish to initiate a return, please reference our Returns Overview, product condition terms, and follow our return procedures outlined below.

How to Return Your Purchase to Us:

Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on returns. Shipping charges and additional services and fees incurred will not be refunded. For an item to be eligible for return, all tags and stickers must be original and unmoved.

  1. Packaging Your Return: Be sure to secure your items to protect them. Your package must include all original packing materials, and paperwork in the package. If your item included a certified diamond or diamonds, each certificate must be included (replacement fee will apply if not included). NOTE: For security purposes, do not put the domain name or any type of description as to the contents on the outside of the package.
  2. Insuring and Shipping Your Package: The value of your item determines how it must be shipped.
  3. If your purchase was less than $25000.00 then the most secure and economic method is Registered Insured Mail via FedEx, UPS or the US Postal Service. Please Insure your package for the full purchase amount.*
  4. More than $25000.00: Please contact one of our customer personnel at (302)777-4367 for additional instructions.

* We will not be responsible for loss or damage of return packages that are lost in transit.

Return Conditions:

  1. Items received after the allotted days referenced in the grid above will not be accepted for processing.
  2. All tags and stickers must be original and unmoved.
  3. Items must be returned in the same condition as when new and sent by A.R. Morris Jewelers.
  4. Items showing signs of wear or that have been engraved, altered, re-sized, or that have been damaged will not be accepted for processing.
  5. Special orders, custom work or “final sale” items, and Swiss Watches* cannot be accepted for processing.
  6. Improper packaged items will not be accepted.
  7. Uninsured items will not be accepted.

*Our Return policy does not apply to Swiss watches, special orders, custom work or "final sale" items.

Your Refund Amount: We process refunds in a timely manner. The time it takes for a refund to be reflected can vary depending on the credit card company or bank. Most refunds take 48 to 72 business hours to show up on your account. However, some banks take 1 to 2 billing cycles to reflect the refund. Please check with your credit card company to be sure they have received the refund.
