Shipping Policy

In-Store or Curbside Pickup:

We offer FREE In-store and Curbside pick-up options. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup. Kindly present this email along with a valid photo ID at the store as verification of your purchase.

Adult Signature & Valid ID: We require a signature and a valid Government issued ID for pick-up of all orders.

Shipping:

We offer free, insured shipping on Orders of $300 or more following these guidelines.

• Orders are processed for shipping subject to credit authorization and availability.
• For security purposes, we are only able to ship merchandise to the address connected to your form of payment. If you do not have access to that location, please utilize our in-store pickup option. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
• Once shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
• Our estimated delivery times are 2-5 business days* (Mon thru Fri).
• All packages are shipped with insurance and require an adult signature. If you have limitations on the days or times you will be available to sign for your package at the point of delivery, please contact the store at [email protected] and (302)777-4367.
